What is the $250 setup fee for?
We build Orby on your real listings, connect your calendar and number, tune her voice, and go live for you. It's done-for-you — not a DIY signup.
How does the annual discount work?
Founding annual plans are 50% off year one. Solo Capture is $2,282 for the first year (vs. $297/mo), Solo Power is $3,482 (vs. $497/mo). It renews at standard annual pricing after year one.
Do I need my own phone number?
No. We set up a dedicated business line for Orby's calls and texts. You can also forward your existing number to it.
Is it really bilingual?
Yes. Orby speaks English and Spanish and switches the moment a caller does — included in every plan.
Can I cancel or change plans?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel any time. Monthly plans are month-to-month.
Is Orby a licensed real-estate agent?
No. Orby is an AI assistant that captures leads, answers questions from your listings, and books showings. You remain the licensed agent. Orby describes properties by objective facts only, in keeping with the Fair Housing Act.
