This Privacy Policy explains how MyOrbisResults ("we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with MyOrbisAgents and the Orby AI assistant (the "Service").
1. Information we collect
- Account information β name, email, phone, brokerage, and billing details you provide.
- Business content β listings, prompts, hours, and other information you configure for Orby.
- Communications β calls, text messages, and website chats handled by Orby, including transcripts, summaries, and, where enabled and lawful, audio recordings.
- Contact data β information about the buyers, sellers, and leads who interact with Orby (such as name, phone, email, and what they asked about).
- Usage and device data β log data, IP address, and analytics about how the Service is used.
2. How we use information
We use information to operate and improve the Service β to answer and route calls and messages, qualify and book appointments, generate transcripts and summaries, sync with your calendar and CRM, process billing, provide support, ensure security, and comply with law.
3. AI processing
Orby uses AI models to understand and respond to communications. Content may be processed by our AI and infrastructure providers solely to deliver the Service. We do not sell your data or your contacts' data.
4. Call and message recording
Where recording or transcription is enabled, you are responsible for providing any legally required notice or consent to the parties on the call or message, consistent with applicable one-party or all-party consent laws in the relevant jurisdiction.
5. How we share information
We share information with service providers who help us run the Service (for example Google, Twilio, Stripe, and AI/hosting providers), with you and your authorized staff, and when required by law or to protect rights and safety. We do not sell personal information.
6. Data retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion as described below.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information, including encryption of secrets and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
8. Your rights and choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@myorbisresults.com. Individuals whose data was collected through a specific agent's Orby should also contact that agent, who is an independent controller of their own client relationships.
9. Children
The Service is for business use by professionals and is not directed to children under 16.
10. International users
We operate in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., you consent to processing in the U.S.
11. SMS text messaging
If you opt in to text messages, we and the licensed agent you work with may send you SMS about appointment scheduling, showing confirmations and reminders, service updates, customer support, and follow-ups. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out any time by replying STOP; reply HELP for help. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent information will not be shared with any third parties. It is used solely to deliver the messages you requested and to operate the Service. We may update this Policy and will post the new version here with an updated date.
